What you’ll do
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Explain services, pricing and available slots
Confirm and follow up on bookings
Resolve customer queries professionally
What we’re looking for
Kannada (mandatory) with basic English
Basic smartphone / computer knowledge
Minimum 10th pass. Prior telecalling experience a plus.
