This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how booking advances, cancellations and refunds work at KBS Home Services. By placing a booking with us, you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Advance

To confirm a booking, we may collect a small advance payment at the time of booking. This advance secures your service slot and reserves our team's time for your job.

  • The advance is adjusted against your final bill for the service, so you only pay the remaining balance once the work is completed.
  • The advance amount, where applicable, is shown clearly to you before you pay.

2. Cancellations & Refund of Advance

We understand that plans change. You can cancel a booking by calling or messaging us, and the refund of your advance depends on how much notice you give:

  • If you cancel more than 2 hours before your scheduled service time, your advance is fully refunded.
  • If you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled service time, or you are unavailable at the service address when our team arrives, the advance is non-refundable, as it covers our team's travel and the reserved time slot.

3. When the Service Is Completed

Once your service is completed, the advance is automatically adjusted into your final payment. No separate refund is required, and you simply pay the remaining balance.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

Where a refund is due, it is processed back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Rescheduling

If you would prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, contact us as early as possible before your slot and we will move your booking to a new time at no extra charge, subject to availability. In this case your advance carries over to the new booking.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule your booking in either of these ways:

  • Open My Bookings on our website or app and use the Cancel booking option on the relevant booking.
  • Call or WhatsApp us at +91 63636 17916.
